ClosedNew registrations have not been possible since 10 July 2026, when the federal ministry closed the line; the Land Oberösterreich gives the same date. The measure's information sheet still gives 31 December 2026 as the deadline, while funds last.

The conditions say who and how much, not whether the scheme is accepting applications: applications are made under a «výzva», a separate call that also sets the submission window, and it is not acquired. Look for it on novazelenausporam.cz, among the programme's calls.

Certificates have no application window: the obligation lies with energy suppliers, and the sheet sets the conditions for issuance.

The Merkblatt states the conditions, not whether the scheme is currently accepting applications: that is said by the KfW portal and the notices on product 458. It is not acquired.

The GSE publishes a monthly counter of Conto Termico spending commitments and, for version 3.0, a monitoring dashboard sent to the Ministry. They are not acquired: without them, the page cannot say whether the scheme is open, running out or suspended. Look for them on gse.it, Conto Termico section, or ask the GSE.

Emission limits

The same pollutant carries different oxygen references and power bases, and different units. In a column 4,500 would look larger than 4, and converting the figure of a rule is an operation on the rule.

Different structures: percentage of costs, sometimes with a cap per measure, unit amount, maximum amount summing several contributions, subsidised loan, certificates with no amount. And different currencies, which are not converted.

Energy used by households for heating

It is a TOTAL, not a per-unit figure: Germany consumes more because it is larger and colder. «49 % less» reads as efficiency while the number says the size of the country, and normalising it would require a population figure with its own stated methodology, which this layer does not have.
