Changes to EMBER's data. Entries marked as automatic write themselves when the fingerprint of a source file changes: a source that moves without leaving a trace is a source that cannot be trusted.

    Re-read the sources the surveillance had flagged since 7 September: none changed in content. Web pages changed their bytes at every request, and the two Ecodesign regulations looked changed because of an empty server response. Twenty-five sources reconfirmed on 16 September; added the list of acts amending the two regulations.
